Company Policies

  • Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. If your event requires a special delivery, pickup, or setup schedule outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange to accommodate your needs. 

  • Weekend rentals must be picked up/delivered on Friday and returned by Monday. Customers will only be charged a one day rental fee. 

  • The normal fee for delivery and pickup in the Greensboro area is $80.00, though this may vary with the size of the order, or with special items or needs.

  • Party Rentals by Lisa can establish open charge accounts for qualified customers. Please contact us for details. 

  • When making a reservation, Party Rentals by Lisa requires a 50% deposit as a guarantee. Payment in full is required by the day of the event. You may cancel your reservation at any time up to two weeks prior to the event, and only forfeit one-half of your deposit. After the two week cutoff, you forfeit the full deposit. We will gladly accept checks up to two weeks before your event, payments after this point must be cash/card.

  • LINENS: Linens are to be returned in the same condition they were rented, normal soil expected. Customers are responsible for replacement cost of linens in the event they are too damaged to clean. Some examples of excessive damage are lipstick stains, wine stains, candle wax, and mildew. We ask that our customers care for our linens as if they were their own. Never put soiled linens in a plastic bag, they will mildew.
